All the rugs are stunning masterpiece of deft craftsmanship. We had a hard time choosing the one! Mr. Lee Fayaz is extremely knowledgeable and patently explained the origin, history and craftsmanship of every rug. Him and his team are very customer centric and gave us multiple rugs to try in our space for 24 hours before making the final decision. That was huge bonus when you are about to make an expensive purchase. When I was utterly confused deciding between 3 rugs, he gave all 3 to us for 24 hours saying the correct rug will find its home. And he couldn’t be more correct! I am beyond satisfied with my purchase and have already recommended Persian Rug gallery to my friends and if you live anywhere in the Ohio-Kentucky -Indiana tri-state area and looking for quality rugs that will become heirloom pieces, Persian Rug Gallery is worth the drive and the penny! I am already saving for my second rug!

I don’t typically leave reviews, but I had to leave a review about my experience here. We passed the store multiple times and finally decided to stop in. The experience was fantastic. I can’t say enough good things. They took their time to show us all the rugs. They explained the process and history of the rugs and making them. They took them off the hooks and laid them out so we could look and feel them. They were patient and friendly to not just me and my wife but my son. To top things off, they threw in a gift for my son, which was very kind and unexpected. can I say again this was a great experience. The most difficult part was making a choice of which rug, because they had so many beautiful ones to choose from. Finally made the decision and picked the rug. The cost of what we paid compared to the value of the rug was outstanding. I would recommend anyone looking for a way to add a little something to a room to stop in here and buy a rug.
